Shaun Luttrell AIA, LEED AP

President, Luttrell Architecture

Shaun’s background in both construction management and architecture offers a unique perspective and breadth of knowledge of the entire construction process, from design through certificate of occupancy and beyond.

After a career in construction management with two international construction firms, Shaun went on to obtain his Master of Architecture degree. In 2003, he joined a premier multi-family housing architecture firm where his project administration and design efforts focused on a variety of project types including, high-rise condominiums, townhouses, urban lifestyle apartments, garden style apartments, community centers, club houses, office buildings, schools, and master planning.

Shaun was raised in Daytona Beach, Florida and has worked on projects throughout Florida, in Georgia, and in New Jersey.

D Chase Nann, AIGA

Principal, D5 Studio

After seven years as an art director and designer in the youth and action sports industry, D Chase Nann has developed a reputation for producing ideas, design and visual communication that stand out and rise above the clutter. With a portfolio spanning a mix of mediums including print, video, on-line and in-store installations, Nann is always seeking to further his passion for art and design by working in creative environments and collaborating with talented, passionate people.

Nann's work has appeared in various publications and websites from around the globe including Complex, Vapors, Transworld Skateboarding Magazine, The Skateboard Mag, Thrasher, Skateboarder Magazine, Kingpin, Vice, Lodown, Surfer Magazine, Transworld Surf, Surfing Magazine, Transworld Snowboarding Magazine, Onboard, Snowboarder, High Snobiety, Hypebeast, Fecal Face and Slap.

Past and former clients include Emerica, Altamont Apparel, ThirtyTwo, etnies, éS, Quiksilver, Roxy, Primedia, Heavy, G-Whiz, MJC Design, Sprint and Hardball Sports.

Nann holds a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from Flagler College.

Jamie Callaghan, ASID

Interior Designer

Jamie began her career in interior design five years ago, designing model homes for some of the nation’s top builders. Her experience in residential design provided her with the skills to produce eye-catching and cost-effective design in a fast paced environment. As part of a dynamic design team, Jamie received recognition for her distinctive creative efforts as the recipient of two Aurora awards. Along with her substantial knowledge of model home merchandising, Jamie has significant experience in luxury home staging and design of commercial office spaces. Furthermore, her background and education have provided her with knowledge of project management, schematics, design development, space planning, and construction documents. Jamie’s mantra is that a first-rate designer looks beyond the obvious to create the unexpected and unique. Clients can expect from her dedication, commitment, honesty, and sustained respect for their opinions.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree with a specialization in Interior Design, as well as an Associate of Science in Interior Design Technology.

Seth Carlton, LEED AP

Manager, Hall Construction Homes Division

Seth Carlton is a LEED Accredited building contractor heading the homes division of Hall Construction. Mr. Carlton's years of experience extend deep into both the arenas of commerical and residential construciton. Having completed many projects throuhgout north central Florida, his main focus is delivering exceptoinal products and services to the single family resdidential construction market. He believes that the success of a construction project can only be measured through the satisfaction of his clients.

Mr Carlton holds a BA in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He currrenlty resides in Port Orange, FL with his wife and two children.
