NCARB | LEED AP BD+C

GA-DC considers the implementation of sustainable design practices a top priority accross its diverse set of client driven services. Being that firm straddles the realm between architecture, architectue as brand, environmental wayfinding, and graphic deisgn, it's a guiding ethos of the firm to find opportunities when and applicable within each project to pursue sustainability as a design directive.

The firms Principal, Graham Gilchrist, is a LEED AP BD+C Accredited Professional with U.S. Green Building Council. His thesis work at the University of Florida was centered around the design and implementaion of a Net Zero energy office building in climate zone 2 of the U.S. This work layed the foundation for his avid approach and support towards the implementation of sustainabilty within his professional career.

GA-DC understands the role of the service provider in a client centric industry. It is our job as Architects and designers to offier to our clients insight into what's possible within the realm of sustainabilty and how that relates to the overall success of the project.

Sustainablilty can never be a one way street. Ultimately, it is the client's need that establishes the scope of sustainable design directives and GA-DC's responsibility to meet and exceed those needs.
